So, you see a job, contact the customer, negotiate terms, apply for the job, do the work get paid.

How much does it cost to be a member of P.O.L.?
We like simple, the cost for workers is $5 per month or $50 for 1 year. The cost for people who are looking for someone to lend a hand is also $5 per month or $50 for 1 year.
Do you screen workers before they can become members?
To accept jobs with the P.O.L. app, we will have a rating system. Over time, a worker will develop ratings given to them by people who have had them help with an odd job. Ultimately it is up to the Customer to determine who they let into their yard, or into their house.
Who / How does the Customer pay?
When you post a job, you will be contacted by workers near by to assist you. Let them know what work you need in detail. The more detail the better. Then, negotiate with the worker for the job. Once you mutually agree to the terms, accept the Provider. Once they’ve finished the work for what you agreed to, pay the worker with the agreed upon terms.
